Grad jury hands down indictments

A Clay County grand jury handed down seven indictments Monday, Oct. 17.

Kody Shane Green was indicted for theft over $1,500, less than $20,000, a state jail felony. Green is accused of stealing a riding lawnmower, one oil tank, one plow and one mower deck on July 11.

Green also was indicted for engaging in criminal activity, a state jail felony, for the alleged theft. According to the indictment, Green collaborated with two other men, Todd Gerald Williams and John Wade Williams to commit the crime.

Gage Wrayden Cullar was indicted for theft over $1,500, under $20,000 for the same incident. Cullar also is accused of stealing a riding mower, one oil tank, one plow and a mower deck.

John Wade Williams was indicted for engaging in criminal activity for conspiring to commit theft of more than $500, less than $1,500 for one propane tank and one riding lawnmower.

Todd Gerald Williams was indicted for engaging in criminal activity for conspiring to commit theft of more than $500, less than $1,500 for one propane tank and one riding lawnmower.

Bobby James Capers was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony, for a Sept. 26 incident.

Brandon Keith Mitroff was indicted for theft over $1,500, under $20,000, a state jail felony. Mitroff is accused of stealing scrap metal.
