Four plead guilty to charges


Four people plead guilty to various charges in the 97th District Court Oct. 17. They are as follows:

Steven Michael Morgan – Felony driving while intoxicated, a third-degree felony, for an April 23 incident. The plea violates an agreement of community supervision Morgan received after pleading guilty June 1, 2010, for a Sept. 13, 2009 offense. As punishment, Morgan received four years in state prison.

Dacil Legard Bowers – Manufacture of a controlled substance, special degree, for a Sept. 12, 2009 offense. Bowers received 20 years in state prison and a fine of $500.

Sommer Paige Cornman – Possession of a controlled substance, a state jail felony, for a July 31, 2010 offense. Cornman received nine months in state jail.

Thomas Eugene Bohn – Felony driving while intoxicated, a third-degree felony, for a May 13, 2011 offense. Bohn received five years in state prison.
