Barbara Ann Borgman of Henrietta


Barbara Ann Borgman, 77, of Henrietta, passed away on Monday, Sept. 26, 2011 in Wichita Falls.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 29, at Hope Cemetery in Henrietta with Rev. Randy Osborn, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Henrietta officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis Funeral Home in Henrietta.

Mrs. Borgman was born July 2, 1934 in Clifton to Roy Arnom and Carolyn (Taber) Brown. She married Edward Borgman on March 15, 1952 in Henrietta. She was a homemaker and was retired from the Edwards Public Library and The House of Flowers in Henrietta. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Henrietta.

Mrs. Borgman will always be remembered for her love of cooking. She would show how much she loved and cared for the people in her community by taking time to bake and serve the most wonderful foods, cakes and pies. This was her special way of sharing a great gift that God had given her.

Mrs. Borgman was preceded in death by her husband Edward.

Survivors include her daughter, Deborah Borgman and husband Bobby Holbert of Wichita Falls; one son, Kelly Borgman and wife Connie of Henrietta; three sisters, Glinda June Meekins of Navasota, Betty Sue Ketchum and husband Charles of Navasota and Diana Kay Brown of Houston; one brother, Kenneth Wylie Brown and wife Reba of Conroe; seven nieces and four nephews; several great nieces and nephews.

The family will be at Davis Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 7-8 p.m..
